Who are they?
(I apologize for not being able to find any good clips of them for you. Youtube would only give me their spoiler-y fight scenes.)
Um, but yeah, Moria's captain of the largest pirate ship in the world, and Perona's part of his crew. Their arc of the show is 'horror' themed, so there are zombies and ghosts and monsters, and a lot of other fun stuff.
They don't really have a Joker-Harley relationship, but now I want to dress them both up like those clowns! >.<
